Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED in the basic cost but, if you don't want to bring your own, you can rent them directly here at the campsite. However, forgive us, we do not rent our sheets to those who have animals with them, as we do not want and cannot waste time brushing them with the adhesive roller and washing them more than once in an attempt to remove all the hair... In the accommodation you will not find detergents, shampoo, bath foam, etc., i.e. everything that involves consumption, except for the first roll of toilet paper.

Is the fashion of the moment shouting for glamor even while camping? And we, with our "Empedocle" tent, offer you "glamping"! In breathable water-repellent cotton (360 g/m2), with PVC flooring (650 g/m2), on a wooden base raised from the ground, covered by a further overcoat (and whoever made the scout knows how essential it was in the legendary jamboree), can accommodate up to 3 people (but, if you are a family of 4 or 5 people, we offer you in association, if available, a Archimede Tent at the sole cost of the additional person). Suitable for those who want to experience the thrill of sleeping in a tent but with reservations... In a diameter of 4 meters you will have comfortable mattresses and cushions, practical camping lockers (in which you will find plaids for the morning "cold"), original designer nightstands ORA design and lamp shade. We supply the electricity to charge the phones through a safe multi-socket power strip.

What if you want to cook? Near the tent, a kitchen-tent equipped with everything you need (including a small fridge) awaits you to delight the taste buds of three people...

You will have a private bathroom a few meters from the tent, with shower, sink and of course a nice toilet ("toilet" in glamor language).

It is clear that it is always a tent, "glamping" as much as you want, but still a tent. In any case, the fact that it is raised above the ground, which in addition to its water repellency we add an overlay, allows us to confidently affirm that you could have problems only in the presence of exceptional weather events. The "impermeability" is further guaranteed if nothing is in direct contact with the walls. In short, there is no need to worry about a simple summer downpour... We remind you not to leave children or pets alone in the tent.

Don't throw anything in the toilet, not even toilet paper! Throw everything (pads, diapers, whole rolls of toilet paper...) in the appropriate bin next to the toilet, which you can then dispose of in the unsorted waste container (which we Will regularly clean).

Refund of the confirmatory deposit (which amounts to 30% of the total) in the event of a cancellation of the reservation:

- if you cancel the reservation 30 days before check-in, we will refund you the entire amount you paid, via bank transfer;
- if you cancel the reservation between the thirtieth and eighth day before check-in, we will refund the deposit based on how many nights we'll be able to fill with a new reservation (for example, if you paid 60 euros for a 6-night reservation and we were only able to cover 3 nights of the "hole" caused by your cancellation, we would only refund you 30 euros);
- if you cancel within a week of the scheduled check-in day, we will retain the entire confirmatory deposit.
